Our Outpatient Mental Health Services provide individual, family and group therapy to help adults, teens, and children build on their strengths and improve their overall quality of life. Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychological assessments are available to all individuals enrolled in services.
Mental health concerns can impact every area of your life. Our licensed clinicians use a person-centered, strengths-based approach and will work with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your individual needs and helps you achieve your goals. Treatment is designed to:
Telehealth means the use of real-time, audio- visual, interactive video conferencing technology to provide clinical and non-clinical services
For audio-only sessions, all you need is a telephone. For real-time video-conferencing, all you need is a smartphone or a device with internet and video access. It takes less than three minutes to download the video conferencing app and start your telehealth session!
- Mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, consultation, and coordination of care
- Basic needs assessment and connections to community resources/services
- Crisis intervention
- Therapy to address relationship issues, including domestic violence
- Trauma informed care
- Treatment for co-occurring disorders
- Treatment to address grief and loss issues
Therapeutic and psychoeducational groups are led by licensed clinicians and provide opportunities to practice developing skills to improve your overall quality of life:
- Skills training for Adolescents (13-28 years old): Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The goal of this group is to help adolescents (in conjunction with a supportive adult) learn skills in the following areas:
- Skills training group for adults (18 years and older): Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The goal of this group is to help you develop skills in the following areas: (then proceed with list as already stated)
- Anger Management Group (for youth and adults): the goal of this group is to develop healthier and more effective ways to respond when feeling angry. Sessions focus on improving self-awareness, identifying stressors, and practicing appropriate response strategies when faced with triggering situations.
- Co-occurring Disorders Group (adults): the goal of this group is to support individuals with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders in understanding the intersectionality of the two disorders, developing effective coping strategies, and establishing effective relapse prevention/safety plans.
We accept most insurance providers, including Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Care, Medicare, Tricare, and many other private insurance providers. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. We also offer a Sliding Fee Scale Program based on family size and income.
