Ramps

For decades, our Ramp Program in Oswego County has helped individuals and families obtain wheelchair ramps to safely enter and exit their homes so they can shop, go to work, go to school and be a part of their communities.

In order to be eligible, you must have a mobility impairment, be income eligible and live in Oswego County.

We rely on the generous financial support from individuals and local businesses to purchase ramp building materials. Groups of local volunteers, including company employees, assist with the building or installation of each ramp.

In Cayuga County, we offer ramp construction to individuals who have a disability, are unable to safely enter and exit their homes and meet income guidelines. A trusted contractor or volunteer groups completes the installation at no cost to you.

We are growing our Ramp Program in Cayuga and Madison counties!  Our Outreach Liaison is building on our success in Oswego County and would be happy to meet with individuals, businesses and community groups interested in learning more.

Ramp funding is available in Cayuga County.
